Resisting and recycling for the world of tomorrow
Recyclers are pursuing a resilient system that resists overconsumption of new objects. Since its creation in March 2016, "la recyclade" in Dijon has managed to save 63 tonnes of objects destined for recycling. In this daily struggle, the association aims to twist the economy to create a new model of society based on ecology (preserving the planet by recycling), the economy (creating jobs) and social values (offering objects at low prices accessible to all). Following the deconfinement linked to the Covid 19, the arrival of new objects increased markedly (1.8 tonnes in 3 days) showing a little more the ability of the model to resist the waste of yesterday and today for reinvent the world of tomorrow.
